You are a representative of the Williamson County Livestock Association and are expected to act accordingly during your one-year term. • No drinking, drug or tobacco use by any member will be tolerated. • Be Respectful & Helpful • No Drama and be kind
DURING THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY LIVESTOCK SHOW:
You must always wear your Junior Director identification (shirt, hat, or badge) when you are representing the board or the show. You will be counted as absent if you are not properly dressed at an event.
A sign up will be set up for you to be able to select your specific job for the day, please be on time and stay in your station the entire time of your shift.
You will need to check in and out each day, with one of the Jr. Director leaders. (Location will be given later)
Always listen to your advisors, WCLA Board of Directors, and each other
Give every event/task your all. The more you put into the program, the more you will get out of it.
REMEMBER: Being a Junior Director is a privilege. Do not abuse your authority or position.
And most important of all... SMILE AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assist WCLA with donation request
Record ads with radio stations Assist with the Williamson County Livestock Show
Assist with the Williamson County Livestock Sale
Help with Spring Fundraiser
WILLIAMSON COUNTY LIVESTOCK SHOW/SALE ACTIVITIES
Assist with unloading/penning Assist with official weigh-in Assist with record keeping and control of animals
Assist livestock office staff with ribbon placement and record keeping
Assist in exhibitor classes as a ring assistant to maintain a safe environment for exhibitors
Assist WCLA board in show ring and barn set-up and clean-up
Assist with the Jr. Livestock Auction Assist WCLA board with Auction set-up
Provide general assistance as needed Assist with load out of market animals
